About Me

I am a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oklahoma, Missouri and Arkansas. I specialize in OCD and anxiety based disorders including phobias. I have been in private practice for over 20 years in Tulsa Oklahoma and relocated to Northwest Arkansas. I completed my undergraduate degree at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas and my graduate degree at the University of Tennessee in Memphis prior to returning to Oklahoma for over 25 years. I now call northwest Arkansas home I maintain a private practice in Tulsa and I now have an office in Rogers, Arkansas as well. During my time in private practice, I have worked with a variety of patient populations including eating disorders, PTSD and mood disorders. I became interested in OCD about 13 years ago and as a result perused specialty training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I now primarily offer treatment for OCD, anxiety, Body Focused Repetitve Behaviors (BFRB’s), Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) and phobias. I am able to provide treatment for other mental health conditions and do so on a limited basis.

I have advanced training from the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation's (IOCDF) Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).  I have completed advanced course work in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy  (ACT) through Praxis and love integrating ACT into treatment. I have also completed training with the TLC foundation for the treatment of Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB’s) such as skin picking and hair pulling.
