About Me

I’m a Clinical Social Worker licensed in Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas, specializing in OCD, phobias, and anxiety-based disorders. I’ve been in private practice for over 20 years, starting in Tulsa and relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 2020, where I now see clients in Rogers and via telehealth.

My interest in OCD began in 2010, leading me to pursue advanced training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) in 2011. I’ve also completed advanced coursework in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and specialized training in treating Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as skin picking and hair pulling, using both Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and the COM-B model.

Today, I primarily treat OCD, anxiety disorders, BFRBs, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), and phobias, while offering treatment for other mental health conditions on a limited basis.
